What is the duration for Basic and Advanced programs?+
Basic program runs for 15 days. Advanced program runs for 3 months.
What are the fees for both plans?+
Basic plan fee is PKR 5,000 and Advanced plan fee is PKR 30,000.
Which program gives certification?+
Certification is awarded for the 3-month Advanced program after final project evaluation.
Are classes online or physical?+
Classes are physical at DS Academy campus in Yazman.

Digital Spot, Dare Arqam Street, Few steps from the Main Housing Park, Lower Income Housing Scheme, Yazman, Bahawalpur, Pakistan.

Which payment methods are available?+
Payment is submitted through QR methods shown on Step 2 of enrollment.
How does the 2-step enrollment process work?+
Step 1: submit student details in Admissions form. Step 2: open your payment page with enrollment ID and upload payment screenshot for verification.
What payment proof format is accepted?+
Upload payment screenshot in JPG, PNG, or WEBP format. Maximum file size is 2MB.
How long does verification take after payment proof upload?+
Most payment proofs are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours during working days.
How can I check my admission status?+
Open your status page using the enrollment ID generated after Step 1.
What details are required in Step 1?+
You need full name, email, WhatsApp number, CNIC, address, selected course, and plan.
What if I miss a class?+
Contact support by email so the team can guide you about practice catch-up.
What should I bring to class?+
Bring a notebook and, if possible, a laptop for practical work. Students without laptops can still attend and learn in class.
What are class timings?+
Regular support hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
